  • To schedule your 1st appointment you'll need a valid credit or debit card. We accept most major credit and bank cards. No CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS please.
  • We require a prepaid NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $75 when you schedule this 1st visit. YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY IN THE AMOUNT OF $75.
  • PLEASE NOTE : Your deposit of $75 is NON-REFUNDABLE once scheduled.
  • Your deposit of $75 will be applied to any service (not product) of your choice.
  • 24 hour notice is mandatory to RESCHEDULE (not CANCEL) all appointments.
  • You can reschedule 2 x only.
  • If notice is not given within 24 hours to RESCHEDULE, your $75 deposit is forfeited and not applicable to a new appointment.
  • Consultations are FREE with any service!
  • You can have a service done the same day as your consultation.
  • Consultations are $75.00 without a service.
  • After your consultation / 1st visit, you may need time to decide on the service that's perfect for you. You can RESCHEDULE and your deposit of $75 is still applicable up to 3 months!
  • Please arrive on time. All appointments that are not honored within ONE hour of your appointment time with no notification of a late arrival may have to be canceled and deposits may be forfeited.
  • Our waiting area is limited and can accommodate our clients only. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing additional persons besides yourself to wait for you while you're being serviced.
  • Young children being serviced should have a parent present.

 

 

 

 

 


HOW DO I PREPARE MY HAIR THE DAY OF MY VISIT ?

NATURAL STYLING

come with you hair in its naturally curly, kinky or wavy state so we can see true texture and shrinkage.

"wet" your hair (not scrub or manipulate your scalp) the night before your appointment.

to remove heavy product run shampoo through hair. do not manipulate scalp.

remove and comb out all traces of 2 strand twists, twist outs, braid outs, straight styling and weaves for your visit.

after you have wet and removeD product, braids and etc, do not comb or brush your hair. you will remove natural curl, kink or wave pattern.

if your hair is not in its natural state the day of your visit we charge $50& up to prepare it for an accurate consultation.

HOW DO I PREPARE MY HAIR THE DAY OF MY VISIT ?

FOR SILKENERS™

come with you hair in its naturally curly, kinky or wavy state so we can see true texture and shrinkage.

remove and comb out braids, weaves and twists. wash away all traces of braids or twists 4 days prior to your visit.

absolutely do not wash, scrub, scratch or itch your scalp the day of your SILKENER™ service.

if your hair is not in its natural state the day of your visit we charge $50& up to prepare it for an accurate consultation.
